I gained 11 lbs. In a WEEK. So. NOT. HAPPY.

I felt stuffed all day yesterday and only managed to eat 2200 calories. Bleh. Hate.

I'm considering dropping to 1600 calories a day. Not sure though. Damn. I need a magic bullet.

Don't feel bad. That's that water weight you lost when you dropped your calories too low. Just stick with what your doing. Remember...this is a long term lifestyle thing. You'll get there! Listen to your doctor.

And now I'm taking off my Mommy coat. ;)
